PT Piaggio Indonesia Launches the Vespa Primavera Sean Wotherspoon Limited Edition— a Perfect Interpretation of Italian Heritage, Fashion, and Mixture of Colours

Vespa, as an iconic timeless brand, continuously evokes the spirit of joy and passion through its designs while staying ahead with tomorrow’s trends and maintaining its strong heritage from the past. This time, Vespa is bolder in experimenting with designs and playing with colors through a creative collaboration with an influential young American designer, Sean Wotherspoon.

PT Piaggio Indonesia officially introduces the stunning and eclectic Vespa Primavera Sean Wotherspoon limited edition. The creative collaboration between Vespa and Sean Wotherspoon delivers the world’s most colourful Vespa with a blend of timeless classic and contemporary art. The excitement brought by this edition is the fine combination between quality materials and explosion of chromatic expression of the 80’s and a result of design and styles experiment.

A Mixture of Curated Colours
The representation of Vespa’s heritage and Sean Wotherspoon’s vision is visible through the choices of colours on the Vespa Primavera Sean Wotherspoon with an explosion of eighties-style colour. A dominating yellow was chosen as the base colour as it represents energy and dynamism. With a twist of red, fused with dark green and aquamarine that cover the entire vehicle with white inserts embellishments on the front tie, edge shield and crest accentuate Vespa’s silhouette. On the wheel rims, blue Vespa logos are seen to give an elaborated and extravagant overall look of this stunning creation.

A chrome finish is used as a perfect match to emphasize the sleek look which is implemented on the luggage rack, rear-view mirrors, frame headlight, and passenger handle on the rear end of the scooter. Additionally, the use of black covering the hand grips and muffler heat cover is just the right complement to give the final classy touch.

Meticulous Selection of Premium Materials
Not only the colour choices, but the careful selection of premium materials successfully brings a distinctive look on the Vespa Primavera Sean Wotherspoon. Steel, plastic, velvet, and rubber are the core materials used to create a striking contrast with the sinuous curves of the Vespa Primavera.

Being one who is proficient in designing sneakers and sportswear, Sean Wotherspoon poured down all his creativity on the Vespa body as his canvas by keeping Vespa’s identity. Blue rubber inserts are used on the footsteps as if they were the soles of sneakers in Sean’s perspective. The saddle has been upholstered in light brown velvet corduroy material that makes the Vespa look very premium.

Rich in Details
The presence of details matters the most to Vespa as it is showing off the premium value of the scooter. Graphic elements, which have always been an important part of Sean Wotherspoon’s works, are conspicuously seen on how he redefined some of the key identities of a Vespa. The chrome Vespa badge on the shield has been redefined to now a simplistic white Vespa logo along with SW initials underneath it.

Customized dedicated graphics appear on both rear bodies of Vespa, in which original chrome Vespa badge and Primavera writing are replaced with big classic Vespa logo in white and serially repeated 'Primavera' for an original optical perspective. The beautiful premium saddle also completed with Sean Wotherspoon’s distinctive logo, a real street artist’s tag, placed on the front part of the saddle.

Vespa Primavera Sean Wotherspoon limited edition a perfect interpretation of Italian heritage, fashion and mixture of colours for those who love fashion, dare expressing themselves in a bold, colorful and unique style while riding this irreverent and fun Vespa.
